Matt joined Clifford & Drew as a trainee negotiator in 1999 and worked his way up through the ranks to the position of Residential Sales Manager. Matt is a member of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents). Matt has a deep understanding of the industry and has renovated a few homes in the past, giving him an understanding of developing a property to increase its value. Matt is also a qualified and accredited domestic energy assessor and is able to produce energy performance certificates and advise on how environmentally friendly your home is.

With twenty four years in residential agency, and a supporter of the National Association in its formative years. Susan brings a wealth of knowledge to the business, being a fully accredited member of the national association of estate agents. Susan has extensive experience of buying, renovating and selling property and can provide advice on how to "dress a property, to impress" thus maximising every opportunity to lure that allusive purchaser. She also has experience of the highs and lows of property management, with a friendly and approachable nature she rapidly achieves a rapport with clients, and manages to calm the most stressful of situations.

Debbie joined Clifford & Drew in 2004 as a Lettings Negotiator and worked her way up through the ranks to the position of Lettings Manager. Debbie's role is to ensure the smooth running of our lettings department and to liaise closely with our landlords to make sure they are kept well informed every step of the way.

Debbie's knowledge about the business of letting a property proves invaluable to our landlords to help them avoid the problems that can occur when letting a property.

Lynn joined Clifford & Drew in 2006 as a Lettings Administrator. Brought in to ensure our busy lettings department runs smoothly, her calmness and cool head is a real asset to our company. With her as part of the team we can concentrate on the 'letting' aspect of our work safe in the knowledge that all the administration will be correct.

Elaine joined Clifford & Drew as a Senior Negotiator in 1996. Prior to this, Elaine had been involved in estate agency for over twenty years. During this time, Elaine has seen every kind of fluctuation within the property market and our clients always appreciate her experience and knowledge. With an upfront yet personal approach, Elaine knows how to get things done.

A member of the team since 2007, Nigel brings a wealth of knowledge with him. Having been a sales executive all his life, Nigel knows what it takes to sell successfully. His unique friendly approach ensures a very personal service, looking after you from start to finish and ensuring that you are always kept well informed.
